Carrots are filled with natural vitamin C and beta-carotene, both of which help soothe irritated skin and heal minor wounds or abrasions. Goat's milk is rich in lactic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy acid that gently aids in skin cell exfoliation, contain fats that can gently hydrate the skin, and may be helpful for people with dry and sensitive skin. It is also high in vitamin A, which may be helpful in fighting acne. Honey naturally soothes skin and creates a barrier between the elements, holding moisture close to the skin.
